Great Lake Physio was established in 2018 by Jenny to provide musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy services in the Taupo region.
The team understand the importance of easy access to health care services and the importance of holistic management. The team work closely together and with many other health providers to ensure you are seen by the right professionals.
We can lodge and treat new ACC claims as well as existing claims, as well as private and insured injuries or concerns.
Meet The Team

Jenny Voss
Director & Lead Physiotherapist
PGCert Rehab, BPhty, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist Credentialed by Dr Melissa Davidson,
Jenny has over 13 years of Physiotherapy experience and currently works with the Tongariro United Premier Mens Rugby team. From 2018-2021 Jenny had worked with the King Country Rams. Jenny has interests in pelvic health, breathing retraining, concussion management, vertigo and exercise-based rehabilitation. Techniques Jenny uses include manual therapy, bio-mechanical analysis and correction and dry-needling. When Jenny isn't working, she enjoys going on adventures, reading a good book and exploring the beautiful place she lives in.

Bronwyn Prestage
Senior Physiotherapist
MPhty Sports, PGDip Sports Physiotherapy, PGCert Sports Physiotherapy, BPhty. Paediatric Physiotherapist,
Bronwyn has four years of Physiotherapy experience. She is the current Physiotherapist for the King Country Rams who compete in the NZ Rugby Heartland Championship. Bronwyn has just completed her Masters in Sports Physiotherapy. Bronwyn is interested in sports physiotherapy, gym-based rehabilitation, concussion, and paediatrics. Techniques Bronwyn use include manual therapy, bio-mechanical analysis and correction and dry-needling. When Bronwyn isn’t working she can be found at rugby having played for many years, outdoors mountain biking, tramping, running, adventure racing or involved in water sports.

Georgia Tiro
Physiotherapist

Georgia joins us having recently graduated from the University of Otago. Georgia is passionate about helping people achieve their goals. Georgia is the Physiotherapist for the Taupo Marist Premier Men’s team. Georgia is interested in sports physiotherapy, and general musculoskeletal injuries. When Georgia isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watching sport and heading into the outdoors.

Sam Bolderson
Physiotherapist

Sam has joined us from the UK where he has previously worked as both a Physio and Strength & Conditioning coach within professional football, elite university sports (including rugby and aquatics), and also with the general population in private practice. Sam is interested in sports physiotherapy, gym-based rehabilitation, and paediatrics. Sam’s logical process of identifying and producing bespoke plans encourages strength and robustness so that you can move with confidence. In his spare time you can find Sam cooking, reading and watching as much sport as he can!

Liz Connor
Senior Physiotherapist
DipPhty, MPNZ, Older Adult SIG
Liz has over 35 years of experience having graduated from the Otago School of Physiotherapy in 1988. She has lived and worked in Taupo as a Private Practice Physiotherapist since 1991.
Liz enjoys a variety of physiotherapy work and helping people recover from their injuries and return to their normal lives. Liz has an interest in manual therapy and acupuncture. Alongside the musculoskeletal private practice work Liz does she has an interest in providing services to the older adult and alongside her role here provides Physiotherapy services to those in aged care facilities.
When Liz isn't working you will find her out on the ocean, camping, hiking, cycling or quilting.
